About Dr. Killebrew:

He received his M.D. degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1973. While in a combined M.D. /Ph.D. program he participated in basic ear research at Kresge Hearing Research Institute from 1969 to 1973.He completed his ENT residency at Barnes Hospital, Washington University at St. Louis, Missouri in 1978. This program emphasized maxillofacial, head and neck, and laryngological surgery.

Dr. Killebrew is Board Certified in Ear Nose & Throat, Board Certified in Head & Neck Surgery, Board Certified by American Board of Otolaryngology. He  is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), and Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS), and past president of the Anchorage medical society (2010).
